This project, run by Worcestershire County Council Record Office, has been awarded £228,000

2007

Hull History Centre
This project, a partnership between Hull City Council and the University of Hull, has been awarded a £7.5 m Stage 2 Pass.

Cumbria Record Office
This project to redevelop Lady Gillford House at Petteril Bank in Carlisle into a new archive centre has been awarded at £4.79m Stage 2 Pass.

If you know your History...Liverpool. The Everton Collection Charitable Trust has been awarded £954,000 to secure and make accessible the collection.

Archive and Research Centre for Culturally Diverse Photography. Autograph ABP has been awarded £660,500 to establish the centre at their new premises, Rivington Place

Trading Faces: Recollecting Slavery
This project, led by Talawa Theatre Company in partnership with Future Histories and the V&A Theatre Collections was awarded £235,500 for a project exploring the heritage of the slave trade in British performing arts.

Outside the Box: The Waller Archive
This project run by Warwickshire County Council to purchase, preserve and make accessible the Waller Archive was awarded £298,500

2006

Crossing Continents: Connecting Communities. This project run by the Royal Geographical Society has been awarded £212,400.

2005

Connecting Histories. This project, led by Birmingham City Archives, received an award of £821,500. The aim is to make documents and photographs available about the histories of diverse communities in Birmingham, support people from a range of different communities to get involved in archiving their histories, and ensure that community histories are told and used to support learning. 2004

Documenting the Workshop of the World. This project, led by Wolverhampton City Council, received an award of £442,000 to open up access to the archive collections of the Black Country archives services at Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.(see also article in RecordKeeping, Autumn 2006)

2003

Pay & Power. This project, led by MLA West Midlands, includes 14 archive services across the West Midlands and focuses on material relating to political and industrial history. The project received an award of £378,000 and aims to reduce cataloguing backlogs, improve knowledge of collections, develop outreach work and develop links between archives services and other cultural, heritage or community groups.

2002

Northamptonshire Black History Project. This project received an award of £249,500. The aim of the project was to record and promote the histories and stories of Northamptonshire's Black communities and individuals over at least the past 500 years. (see also article in RecordKeeping, Winter 2006)
